🔧 Project Update – Basement Waterproofing Progress
Another one moving right along.
Today the crew completed demolition and access work around existing plumbing and fixtures to prepare for the waterproofing installation. The old whirlpool bath tub has been removed from service, work areas have been opened up, and the foundation perimeter is being prepped for drainage improvements.

✅ Waterproofing prep underway

Once finished, this basement will feature a full moisture-management system designed to keep water where it belongs—outside.
