⛳️ Giving Back to the Community We Call Home! 💙

Our contractor, Jason Jordan, recently hit the greens in support of the YMCA's “On Course for a Cause” Golf Tournament! 🏌️‍♂️

At A/C Doctors Heating & Air Conditioning, community means everything to us. We believe in showing up, giving back, and supporting the organizations and causes that make a difference right here at home.

We're grateful to be part of a community that comes together to support one another, and we're proud to do our part!

Because at the end of the day, it's about more than heating and air conditioning. It's about taking care of the community that takes care of us. ❤️

There’s a snake in this picture. Can you find him?

We’ll wait. 😂

Unfortunately for him, his hiding spot happened to be right on top of the run capacitor… and he shorted out the A/C unit in the process.

Turns out “snake in the capacitor” is, in fact, a legitimate reason your air conditioner isn’t working. 😂

If your A/C quits, call us at A/C Doctors. We’ll find the problem — even when the problem is REALLY good at hide-and-seek.

📞 A/C repair & service in Shawnee, Tecumseh, Seminole, Harrah, Choctaw, Meeker and surrounding areas.

Now be honest… how long did it take you to find him? 👀🐍

Tecumseh Frontier Days is almost here and we’re throwing it WAY back! 🤠 We’re joining our friends Props N Pics Photobooth for the Frontier Days Photo Booth inside the Pioneer Library System from 11–2. Think late 1800s — bonnets, dusty streets, horseback and buggies… back before anybody had ever heard of air conditioning. 😂 Grab your people, pick your props and get into character! It’s completrely FREE, you can take a couple photos, and they load right to your phone ready to save and share with friends.

And PLEASE share them — we want to see them! 😂 Post your best pioneer throwback and make sure to tag A/C Doctors, LLC, Props n Pics Photobooth, Pioneer Library System, Tecusmeh Frontier Days and the Tecumseh Chamber of Commerce so we can all join in on the fun. 🤠📸

Life is hard sometimes, and you never really know what the person next to you may be carrying.

Last night after work, our Office Manager, Becky, spent the evening serving dinner alongside fellow The Salvation Army Shawnee, OK Advisory Board members. Being part of this community has always meant more to us than simply doing business here. It means being involved, helping where we can and taking care of the place we all call home.

And there are people doing that quietly every single day.

So far this year, our local Salvation Army has provided 77 food boxes, 25 clothing vouchers, 1,815 meals and helped with 3 utility payments, while also providing a safe place for local kids through their after-school program. Those numbers above aren't really numbers. They're people. They're families. They're our neighbors, our customers, our kids' classmates and people we pass every day.

A lot goes into making all of that possible, even down to the clothes and household items dropped off at the Salvation Army Thrift Store. Right now, their remodeled store shelves could use a little love, so if you're cleaning out closets or have good things your family has outgrown or no longer needs, it's an easy way to pass them along and let them do a little more good.

We love being part of a community that still shows up for each other — in big ways and small ones.

Life is hard enough. Let's make it a little easier on each other. ❤️

REAL LIFE SCENARIO 👀
Asking for a friend… obviously. 😂

Your A/C is 15 years old and needs a $1,500 repair.

You HAVE to pick one. What are you doing?

A) Fix it. She’s made it this far — give her another shot.
B) Nope. I’m putting that $1,500 toward a new system.
C) I’m calling my favorite A/C Doctor team member and asking, “Alright…what would YOU do?” 😂
D) I’m getting a second opinion before I make that decision.

No “it depends.” 😂
A, B, C or D — what’s your answer?

And while we’re asking for a friend… 👀

If you’ve been wondering what a new system would cost for YOUR home, our new system estimates are FREE.

At A/C Doctors, we don’t just replace a box with a box. We look at your home, your comfort needs, your budget and what makes sense long-term — then build a custom quote with options specifically for YOU.

The right system isn’t always the most expensive one. Our goal is to get your family the comfort you want while finding options that can help save you money long after the install is done.

We also have local financing options available with low rates, along with additional financing options to help make a new system work within your budget.

Your home. Your comfort. Your budget. Let’s build the right system for YOU.

We have to give a little love to Air Products Supply today!

Every month APS puts on a Customer Appreciation event and feeds our technicans who come through. When our technicans are running calls all day, grabbing parts in between and sometimes barely stopping long enough to eat, having someone hand them a free lunch is pretty nice.

And apparently Dustin picked the right day to stop in because he came back with a raffle prize too! 😂

We just wanted to say thank you to APS for doing things like this for the technicans in the field. You don’t have to do it, and that’s exactly why we appreciate it.

We’re thankful for the relationship we have with y’all and for the way you take care of our crew when they walk through your doors.

Thanks for the multiple lunches this summer, thanks for the prize, and most of all, thanks for always being good to our business. We appreciate you!

And Dustin… enjoy your winnings! 😂

🚨 BREAKING NEWS: The boss is officially another year older. 🚨

Happy Birthday to A/C Doctors’ fearless leader, Jason! 🎂

Another year older. Another year wiser. And somehow… still answering the phone when he sees one of us calling. 😂

For his birthday, we considered giving him the day off, but let’s not get carried away. Instead, we’re wishing him everything an HVAC company owner REALLY wants:

❄️ 95° weather from now through October
📞 Just enough no-cool calls to keep everybody busy without Becky losing her mind
🔧 Every tech having the right part ON the truck the first time
🚚 The A/C in the work trucks to NOT go out… again. Because apparently even the A/C company can’t escape A/C problems.
📋 Every job closed out correctly without the office having to hunt anybody down
🍂 A fall schedule so full that “slow season” becomes somebody else’s problem
🙌 Nobody needing to “run something by Jason real quick” for an ENTIRE day
📱 And absolutely NO ONE calling at 4:58 on a Friday saying, “My AC’s been out since Tuesday.”

Actually… we should probably just get him a cake. We have a better chance of making that happen.

Happy Birthday, Jason! Thanks for keeping A/C Doctors — and this whole circus — running another year.

Everybody wish the boss man a Happy Birthday.

He’s earned it. Maybe. 😂🎉

The calendar says September. But, let's be honest Oklahoma says we’ve got a minimum of six more weeks of summer. 😂

And after the heat we’ve had this year, your A/C may be feeling it. If it’s running longer, not keeping up like it was, or just seems to be working a whole lot harder lately, don’t make it limp to the finish line.

It’s not too late for a tune-up! There’s still plenty of hot weather ahead, and catching a problem now sure beats coming home to an 85° house when your A/C finally decides it’s done.

September may be here, but Oklahoma's A/C season definitely isn’t over yet.

Don’t wait for it to quit to give us a call.

Oklahoma summer has officially arrived. We found this snakeskin beside a condenser on a service call last week... apparently somebody decided it was hot enough to shed a few layers. 😂🐍 Just another day in the life of an Oklahoma HVAC tech.
