Gear Repair Job
Here we have a broken gear pulley assembly. The customer requested that we replicate the broken gear, since all other options failed. We were able to purchase the gear through a distributor, and custom made the pulley. Then we assembled the pulley and gear together, and shipped it to the customer. The finishing product was installed in a high-school gymnasium.
The first picture is the broken gear. The second picture is the replicated and final product for the customer. The last picture is the assembled product in the system for the gymnasium bleachers.
