Attention Irrigators:
We are forecasting control days every day going forward until Tues/Wed next week (7/21 or 7/22), when the weather breaks. Control hours could start as early as 9:00 am and last up to 12 hours which includes Saturday. Sunday control hours could have a max of 6 hours of control. If you are not signed up to be on our irrigation text messaging alerts, please contact our office at 888-835-1620 during our business hours.

Update #2 - As of 3:08 pm, all power should be restored to our customers along with the customers in Scribner and Snyder. Thank you all for our patience during this outage.

Update: we are working with NPPD to get proper clearance, so our crews can make the repairs.

We are currently experiencing an outage for our customers in Dodge County. Crews are on scene. We will update when we know more.

***MOCK TRAINING***
Earlier this week, BCPPD partnered with Oakland Fire and Rescue Dept for a joint training exercise. Our crews simulated a real-world-scenario where a vehicle crashed into a utility pole leaving power lines laying on the vehicle, and an occupant inside. Once the first responders got the all clear that the line was de-energized, they were able to test their tools to successfully remove the occupant.
**Safety Tip** - If you are ever in a situation where a power line has fallen on or near your vehicle - Stay Inside the Car - and call 911. Do not attempt to exit unless the vehicle catches fire.

**Linework Appreciation Day**
Today and every day we can't be more thankful for our linemen. From changing poles in the freezing cold to changing transformers in the Nebraska heat, these guys do it all - no matter the conditions. Thank you for your dedication and hard work.
