We want to thank our customers for a 6 figure August. As a thank you, the next 30 customers that order a gallon case or more can get a free bottle of defoamer, White Again Blood Remover or 19% Oxy Crush peroxide. That’s over 60% by volume. These come in quarts and will not affect shipping costs.

Just mention it in the comment section when you order. Thanks again. John K

The video shows the new MiniMax in action cleaning a heavily soiled ice cream shop using Bonnet Pro`s Radical Rinse and OxyAll stabilized peroxide. The machine using the Multi Brush loaded with IronMan Bonnets cut through tons of mess and made the carpet look fantastic! The time line of this video shows only half of the shop being cleaned. The total shop was just over an hour to service.
The Mini will be for sale very early in 2023 from MiniMax Carpet Machines LLC.

The core reasons behind nanoMAXX's performance boil down to its unique combination of chemical purity and quantum-scale cleaning power.

By abandoning standard synthetic detergents and heavy fillers, the formula maximizes both safety and efficiency.Purity ProfileThe purity of nanoMAXX centers around its strict bio-based raw materials and the complete absence of typical chemical shortcuts:

97% to 100% Bio-Based: The formula is mixed using premium, food-stock raw materials derived from natural crops like corn, soy, potato, coconut, and palm.

Zero Hazardous Components: It carries a 0 Health and 0 Flammability rating, completely matching OSHA's safest definitions.

It is hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive spaces like healthcare facilities or nursing homes. No Fillers or Toxins: It completely excludes petroleum-based solvents (like polyethylene glycols), benzene, or synthetic acrylic polymers, which ensures no sticky chemical residues or particulate dust are left behind in the fiber.

Despite being green, nanoMAXX is engineered to out-clean dominant synthetic chemicals on the market through scale and surface protection:Nano-Sized Micelles: The active particles are incredibly tiny, measuring roughly 1 to 4 nanometers. Because they are so small, they easily pe*****te deeply into highly viscous, greasy hydrocarbons, shearing the bond between sticky oils and the carpet fibers.Ultra-

Concentration: Because the active chemistry isn't watered down with heavy synthetic stabilizers, it boasts an incredible dilution ratio—requiring only 1 ounce per gallon of water. A single quart bottle makes 32 ready-to-use gallons and can clean up to 12,800 square feet.

Active Film Technology (AFT): Rather than shattering into brittle dust, functional proteins build an invisible, hydrated layer over the clean fiber. This anti-resoiling barrier actively blocks new oils and biofilms from sticking, making subsequent vacuuming loops significantly more effective

Suprised I still see people pushing this crystalizing stuff.

Even AI recognizes it. Fortunately, Bonnet Pro Has something better!

Yes, there is a legitimate concern regarding encap dust, and it centers primarily on inhalation hazards and respiratory irritation rather than long-term chemical toxicity. While the dried acrylic polymers are non-toxic if they touch your skin or are accidentally swallowed in tiny amounts, the microscopic dust generated when they dry and break away from carpet fibers poses distinct physical and environmental drawbacks.1. Respirable Dust and Lung Irritation: The core mechanism of an encapsulation detergent is to dry into a brittle, hard crystal that shatters under foot traffic or vacuum agitation. The Hazard: When these crystalline polymers fracture, they can create a fine, airborne polymer dust. The Impact: If a professional cleaner or building occupant inhales this fine dust, it acts as a physical irritant to the respiratory tract. It can cause coughing, throat tickles, sneezing, and chest tightness. For individuals with pre-existing conditions like asthma, COPD, or severe allergies, breathing in these ultra-fine plastic particles can trigger acute respiratory flare-ups.2. Residual Monomers (Trace Volatiles)While polymers are large, stable molecules, they are created by linking together individual chemical building blocks called monomers. The Hazard: The chemical reaction during manufacturing is rarely 100% perfect. Trace amounts of unreacted monomers—such as acrylic acid, methyl methacrylate, or ethyl acrylate—can sometimes remain trapped within the liquid detergent. The Impact: As the product is agitated, sprayed, or dried, these trace monomers can off-gas as Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs). Some of these residual monomers are known skin sensitizers (causing contact dermatitis) or mucous membrane irritants.3. Indoor Air Quality and "Microplastics" When an encapsulation job is done, the goal is to vacuum up all the shattered crystal-and-dirt particles. However, no vacuum cleaner removes 100% of fine particulates. The Hazard: The microscopic acrylic fragments left behind essentially become airborne microplastics inside the building. The Impact: These tiny plastic particles settle into the air and indoor dust. Crawling toddlers and pets, who spend time close to the floor and frequently put hands/paws in their mouths, face the highest risk of chronic low-level exposure to this settled chemical dust.4. Environmental Persistence: From an ecological standpoint, synthetic acrylic polymers do not break down easily. The Hazard: The European Union Ecolabel program notes that many standard acrylic copolymers are highly persistent in the environment and do not anaerobically degrade. When the vacuum bags containing this encap dust are emptied or thrown away, these microscopic plastics eventually end up in landfills or local water systems via runoff, contributing to plastic particulate pollution.
