Today marks the final day of June, which means we are wrapping up our National Safety Month celebrations. But while the month is ending, our commitment to staying safe, looking out for one another, and returning home safely to our families never stops—it’s a 365-day-a-year priority!

To cap off an incredible month, we recently hosted our Health & Safety Fair. Our mission was simple but vital:
🧯 Increase Safety Awareness: Educating our team on workplace hazards, safe work practices, and injury prevention to ensure everyone stays safe both on and off the job.
🦺 Encourage Employee Engagement: Driving active participation in safety initiatives and continuous improvement to strengthen our daily workplace health.
🥽 Promote Health & Well-Being: Providing key resources to support physical health, mental wellness, and overall employee well-being.
👷🏼‍♂️ Strengthen Teamwork & Communication: Recognizing the amazing contributions of our employees while encouraging personal responsibility and teamwork.

This event truly takes a village. We want to extend a massive thank you to our incredible vendors, suppliers, contractors, local first responders, and our amazing fellow employees and families who volunteered their time and donated goods.

Our Employee Activity Committee had the privilege of volunteering their time to support Pennridge Fish earlier this week 🐠 🛒 🍎🥫

This local food pantry is a staple in our community and provides food, clothing, and emergency financial assistance for hundreds of families. We’re happy to report we were able to pack 1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ summer lunch bags for kids in need!
