As the new interns start, it’s time to wish our summer intern the very best as he heads off to lineman school in Tennessee.

We’ve enjoyed having him with us this summer and appreciate all of his hard work. We hope his time at TCE has helped prepare him for the exciting future ahead.

This school year, Ben (Perry Central), Brody (Tell City), and Jaidin (Tell City), will have the opportunity to work alongside our linemen and get a firsthand look at the hard work, dedication and teamwork that goes into keeping the power on for our community.

an outage in the next hour for approximately 30 minutes as crews work to reroute power to bring all customers back online.

During the summer months, your HVAC system works harder and longer to keep your home cool, which naturally leads to increased energy use. While higher electric bills are common this time of year, these energy-saving tips can help keep costs under control:

• Turn your thermostat to a higher temperature so it doesn’t have to work as hard 🌡️
