Lutgring Bros., Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office/Accounting Assistant to join our small, fast-paced team.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with occasional overtime as needed. Competitive wages and benefits are available.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. This role supports daily accounting functions and general office operations in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Payroll data entry
* Accounts payable (A/P) data entry
* Routine office and administrative duties
* General support to all staff and ownership team

Qualifications

* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent work ethic
* Ability to multitask
* Team-oriented mindset
* Prior office or accounting experience preferred
