Parkway helped revive the unique character of this beautiful mid century mountain home by repairing dozens of rafter tails. Thanks to the endrot system, we were able to restore these features to their original form. Custom copper beam caps were added to help keep these tails solid for years to come.

It was found that large sections of the framing, including a portion of the header and support post had completely disintegrated and was missing behind the stucco. Most decking in our region has moved to composite wood alternatives. But on occasion we’ll install a classic redwood deck and it sure is a treat! This was a re-deck with a few structural repairs and modifications and we couldn’t be happier with the result.
All 2x6 redwood decking fastened with and finished with All Heart stain from our friends .
