The RYTAN team recently came together for our all-staff meeting to evaluate key takeaways from our busy summer season and set the tone for the months ahead.

From preconstruction alignment to field operations, evaluating our summer milestones enables us to implement proactive measures that enhance project efficiency and safety across every site. We are grateful for the hard work of our entire team and look forward to carrying this momentum into our next phase of commercial and educational projects!

Enhancing campus infrastructure for the Phoenix Union High School District remains a proud milestone for our team. RYTAN recently completed comprehensive exterior canopy and architectural improvements at Carl Hayden Community High School, delivering structural upgrades, integrated lighting, and long-term weather protection.

Designed to complement the existing facility, the project combined structural steel framing, protective roofing, and recessed lighting with detailed stucco, brick, and paint restoration to achieve a clean, seamless aesthetic.

These completed enhancements give Carl Hayden students, faculty, and staff durable, shade-protected walkways to enjoy for years to come.

Connecting directly with emerging industry talent remains a top priority for our team. RYTAN was proud to participate in the recent ASU SSEBE Construction Career Fair, engaging with undergraduate students from the Del E. Webb School of Construction and the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering.

Developing well-rounded professionals across every facet of project delivery is essential to building resilient community infrastructure. We enjoyed sharing how our team brings projects to life from preconstruction through final completion and discussing how emerging talent can make an immediate impact within our growing project portfolio. Thank you to Arizona State University for bringing such exceptional students together!

Out in the community, inspiring the next generation!

RYTAN was honored to have a booth at the Agua Fria Union High School District Freshman Career Expo to connect with local students exploring future career pathways. From project management and accounting to hands-on site operations, there are so many ways to build a rewarding career in commercial construction.

We loved meeting the students, sharing how we turn blueprinted plans into active campus and community facilities, and answering questions about life in the trades. The future of our industry is bright!
