Safety isn’t just what we track—it’s what we prioritize every day.

For National Safety Month, AIS is highlighting the Four Pillars that define our safety culture across every team and job site.

Each week, we’ll focus on one pillar and how it drives safer, more proactive outcomes across our organization.

We’re starting with Leading Indicators—the actions we take to identify risks early, strengthen awareness, and stay ahead of potential issues.

From training and hazard identification to leadership engagement and accountability, this pillar is about focusing on what prevents incidents—not just what happens after.

Later this week, we’ll share how Leading Indicators are put into action across AIS.

What does “rudeness” really mean—and why does it matter more than we think?

Even small moments—tone, reactions, offhand comments—can have a much bigger impact than we realize in the workplace.

For Mental Health Awareness Month, AIS leaders sit down with Dr. John O'Brien, a psychologist and executive coach, to discuss how everyday workplace behaviors impact mental health, safety, and how we show up for one another.

It’s honest, thought-provoking, and might just change the way you think about everyday interactions at work.

As part of our 10‑year anniversary, we’re proud to highlight the people who have grown alongside AIS and helped shape who we are today.

In this video, Brandon Miller, President of Petrochem Insulation, shares his journey from starting in the warehouse to leading one of AIS’s operating companies. His story reflects what’s possible when people are trusted, supported, and given opportunities to grow within an organization that believes in them.

From long‑term service and mentorship to strong operating company identities, Petrochem continues to set the standard across AIS. As we move forward as One AIS, stories like Brandon’s remind us that our strength is built on our people, our culture, and a shared commitment to building something bigger together.

A decade in the making, with even more ahead.

This Memorial Day, we honor and remember the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

Their sacrifice is not forgotten, and their legacy lives on through the freedoms we experience every day.

From all of us at AIS, we pause to reflect and extend our gratitude.

Kelly Wilson, Business Development Manager at AIS, attended the Golf for Greenville Supplier Trade Show, representing AIS alongside In McCain, Vice President and General Manager at RSI.

Being present at events like this allows us to stay connected with suppliers, share more about our companies, and remain engaged in the conversations shaping the work happening across the industry.

We’re proud supporters of opportunities like this and appreciate Kelly and In for representing AIS.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and at AIS, supporting our team members goes beyond physical safety.

In this video, Veronica Delgado, Senior Vice President of Human Resources, and Martin Ignacio, Vice President of Health and Safety, remind us that mental health plays an important role in overall safety and wellbeing. Recognizing when we or our teammates may need support is part of taking care of one another.

Whether it’s reaching out to a leader, connecting with HR or Safety, or leaning on a coworker, support is always available. Our culture is built on looking out for one another, especially during difficult times.

It’s OK to not be OK, and it’s important to know you’re not alone.
