Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager and Production Supervisor you will run production sub-assemblies sub-assemblies and final assemblies through our ovens and kilns.

Reports to: Production and Maintenance

Skills:
- Ability to interpret and comprehend simple oral and written instructions
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work accurately and carry out repetitive tasks efficiently
- Ability to handle a hot environment (Position is 100% indoors)

Duties:

- Handle fixtures full of small parts and assemblies
- Work under supervision; (guidance and instruction is provided)
- Maintain a clean, orderly and organized work area
- Other duties as assigned

Other Qualifications:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Regularly required to sit or stand the duration of an 8 hour daily shift

We are looking for a responsible Maintenance Worker who can work with our Maintenance Supervisor to maintain our equipment. The successful candidate will be required to help maintain various pieces of mechanical and electrical equipment.
Maintenance Worker Responsibilities and Duties
• Use hand tools to maintain and repair various machines
• Respond to repair requests quickly and with a professional manner
• Maintain a library of user manuals for our machines that can be referred to when needed
• Adhere to the company’s safety policies to create a safe work environment for everyone
• Perform routine tasks based on a schedule created by the facility management team
• Be willing to handle hazardous chemicals
Maintenance Worker Qualifications and Skills
• High School Certificate or equivalent
• High degree of professionalism
• Proven mechanical and electrical repair skills
• Reliable and able to work some weekends
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to lift objects up to 50 pounds
