Diaz Fritz Group General Contractors is proud to have partnered with Evara Health to deliver the expansion of Evara’s Highpoint campus in Clearwater, FL—marking the organization’s first dedicated medical training campus.

As General Contractor, our team led the construction of a new 18,000 SF facility alongside the renovation of 5,600 SF within the existing clinic, creating a multi-faceted healthcare environment designed to better serve the community.

The expanded campus increases Evara’s capacity to serve approximately 2,500 additional patients while introducing expanded services including behavioral and mental health, physical therapy, sports medicine, optometry, and podiatry.

This 104,205-square-foot, three-story, climate-controlled facility will deliver more than 1,300 rentable storage units, designed for efficiency, accessibility, and long-term performance.

Once completed, the building will feature 21 exterior-access garage door bays, along with a first-floor leasing office, two unisex restrooms, and dual side-by-side elevators providing convenient access to upper levels.
