Brett's journey into the rigging industry started with a unique background in manufacturing and automotive work before discovering a career that offered something new every day. Now, as a rigger, he enjoys the variety each project brings and the opportunity to take on new challenges.

What sets Specialty Rigging apart in Brett's eyes? Our knowledgeable crew and the ability to always have the right equipment to get the job done correctly and efficiently.

Outside of work, Brett enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, working on his race car, and building things with his kids.

Best career advice he's ever received:
"Figure out what you want. Ignore the opinions of others, and do something that you'll be comfortable with and be successful doing."

👋 Meet Steve – Crew Lead at Specialty Rigging

Steve brings years of experience to the job, starting out as a CDL driver and building on a strong background in cranes and rigging. Today, he serves as a crew lead and enjoys that no two days on the job are ever the same.

What sets Specialty Rigging apart in Steve’s eyes? Having the right equipment for every job — and if it’s not on hand, making sure it gets there.

Fun fact: Steve can build a computer completely from scratch. 💻

Outside of work, he enjoys racing, camping, cruising, and most of all, watching his two sons grow up.

Best career advice he’s ever received: “Get your butt out of bed and go work.”
