Team Spotlight: Joshua Rea, Field Lead Technician
Josh, as one of our longest serving team members, started at CSB in 2014 at the age of 18. Those who have met Josh know he is a man of few words with a gentle spirit, but he is very wise and a great leader! Josh says his favorite part of working at CSB is "watching a project go from a plan on paper to something real and finished. There's nothing like stepping back at the end of a project and seeing it come together." Josh is married to his beautiful wife, Kendra, and together they have a son, Paxton, and another baby on the way!

Friday Team Spotlight: Ryan Cottrell, Project Coordinator
Meet Ryan, who started with CSB in April 2024 as a field technician. It was soon evident that this detail-oriented guy who is a dedicated, self-motivated individual (and our resident techie) would excel in a leadership position. Ryan now designs remodels and manages projects from start to finish. He says his favorite aspects of working at CSB include how the variety of his work keeps things interesting, and also that he has found that hard work and taking initiative is appreciated and rewarded. Ryan is active in his church, playing several instruments on the worship team. He has been married to his lovely wife, Brittany, for almost 16 years and they have 3 beautiful daughters.

Higher cost, susceptibility to moisture and scratching, needs regular maintenance
VINYL PLANK PROS:
Affordable, water resistant, low-maintenance
VINYL PLANK CONS:
Depending on wear will need replaced eventually, not as sustainable, does not add much value

Friday Team Spotlight: Cary Strahley, Vice President.
Cary joined the team in 2018 as Project Coordinator, coming from a background in sales and service, and in 2025 was promoted to Vice President. With an eye for detail, Cary enjoys expressing his creativity while designing everything from remodels to custom homes. He is also a gifted musician, leading worship on the weekends at his church. Cary has been married to his wife, Susan, for 30 years, and together they have three incredible children and three rambunctious grandchildren.
