Removal of dated wood paneling, complete demo down to subfloor. Insulation and drywall throughout. Floor-plan change on bathroom location. Split air units installed. New electric sub panel. Removal of all k**b & tube wiring, replaced with updated wiring. New lighting. New hardwood floors in bedrooms, refinished hardwood in sitting room.
New windows and doors.
The kids have an entire upstairs oasis. Mom and Dad have less clutter in their living space.

We work very hard at Sycamore Renovations to bring our clients the high quality craftsmanship that we expect from ourselves.

We are licensed to perform general interior and exterior carpentry such as drywall, siding, windows, doors, decks, patios, open shelters and sheds, flooring, cabinets, counters, tile work, framing, etc.

We also have licensing to install plumbing fixtures for bathrooms and kitchens. As well as an electricians license for everything from the meter box to your light fixtures.

Looking to hire 1 or 2 part time helpers and 1 experienced lead.

Part time help will need to have at least some experience on construction type job sites. Need to have work gloves and basic hand tools. Hammer, flat bar, tape measure.

Experienced lead needs to have his own tools and experience in home remodel. Having a truck with willingness to use it for material hauling is a huge plus but not necessary.

Pay is competitive for the industry, and based upon experience.
