Northern Comfort Systems is seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to Service and Install high quality, high end equipment in our customer's homes. This is your opportunity to get your foot in the door at one of the best places to work in Anderson. If you are an experienced HVAC Service with excellent residential troubleshooting, and installation skills, we want to talk with you.

The Responsibilities:

• Addressing the customer's HVAC concerns

• Thoroughly checking the entire HVAC system for the customer

• Installing quality high end HVAC equipment

• Listening to the customer and providing suggestions and feedback to improve their existing system

• Completing all necessary repairs

• Completing all necessary paperwork

The Qualifications:

• You have at least 1 Year of experience

• You have experience servicing and installing HVAC systems

• You enjoy working with people

• You have excellent communication skills

• You have a valid driver's license

• You have no DUI convictions or license suspensions

• You reside in a location from which you can commute to our office within 45 minutes

Job Description: We are looking for a highly ambitious sales professional with some HVAC experience to manage one of our locations while providing comfort solutions to our customers. Successful professionals in this role today are tenacious, critical thinkers, and have strong closing skills. Qualified Comfort Consultants will identify the clients needs in order to accurately design and price heating & air conditioning systems for residential applications.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling all sales leads furnished by the company in a timely and professional manner.
Managing the overall operation at that location including techs and office team members.
Accurately design and quote solutions for residential customers.
Responsible for executing proper follow up procedures with every customer Insures that client expectations are met and kept throughout the duration of the project to insure complete customer satisfaction
Develop profitable sales and acquire customers through our established sales and marketing program.
Make recommendations to the customer regarding the different options they have to resolve their wants and needs.
Perform required documentation for each installation.
Have client sign necessary paper work and collect payments as directed.
