The Western Indiana Builders Association is currently seeking a full-time Executive Officer (EO) to lead the day-to-day operations and continued growth of our association.
This is a key leadership role responsible for:
Managing and supporting WIBA events, fundraisers, and programs
Building strong relationships with members, sponsors, and community partners
Driving membership engagement, retention, and growth
Serving as the primary liaison between the Board, committees, and members
Increasing WIBA’s visibility and impact throughout West Central Indiana
Position Details:
✔️ Full-time, exempt position
✔️ Based in Terre Haute, IN
✔️ Reports directly to the WIBA President
✔️ Requires attendance at meetings, events, and industry functions
✔️ Involves regular outreach, job site visits, and community engagement
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, organizational leadership experience, and the ability to work closely with builders, trades professionals, and local businesses. Experience in marketing, sales, association management, or construction-related fields is a plus.
