From an abandoned project to a full remodel. There were a lot of transitions in this project, which was abandoned by the previous contractor. Between our stellar communication and our ability to overcome obstacles, we were able to finish this project for the customer.

Finally getting around to giving thanks to Raboin Building and Remodeling LLC. Thank you so much for getting our kitchen addition done in time for the holidays. We love our coffee station with all its extra space and cabinets and can’t thank you enough for the last minute custom island that you worked diligently on with your son’s. We received endless compliments ☺️ it has really changed the look and feel off our kitchen!

Customers were both thrilled with the look of their new covered front stoop. This was a 2 year long process involving getting solar panels removed, having the design get re-engineered, and reinstalled so that we had room to build. We also finished a brand new addition to their home in the rear, creating a mudroom/storage space for their belongings. The customer is now ready to move forward to side their home!

Not only is it a new year with a new logo it’s also a new step up for us at Raboin building and remodeling. Complete deck rebuild for our customer in Bristol. The original deck and home were built in the 1920’s and hasn’t been updated with much more than paint since then. We were happy to get this job done quickly. The building department in Bristol was very helpful with getting our permit fast tracked to begin work as soon as possible. Framing inspection and final inspection went flawlessly! I’d also like to give a shoutout to CT call before you dig because there was no plot plan for this home due to the age. They were able to locate existing sewer and water lines to the home to ensure the helical piles didn’t puncture them. Another shoutout to CT Techno Post for getting these installed within an hour to help us keep our schedule running smooth. All in all this was a great project and the customer is thrilled with the results.
