We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Equipment/ Asset Manager to oversee and optimize the performance of our construction fleet.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the maintenance and repair of all mechanical equipment.
Proficiently utilize EQ computer software for equipment management and inspection.
Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of all equipment.
Provide expertise in various construction equipment, including quarry, Caterpillar, John Deere, Farm, and tractor pans.
Requirements
Proven experience, at least 10 years in asset management within the construction industry.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
