Please be informed that this is indeed a scam, and I strongly caution against divulging any personal information to this individual. I am posting a picture of the message that has been circulated.

Just finished this one up. Turned out so amazing!! We completely tore the structure out from under it. We installed new beams, cinder blocks, joist, subfloor, & flooring. We rebuilt closet shelving to be more sturdy and level. We cut out vents around so it has air flow now that’s been closed off. Painted walls and painted two bedroom ceilings. Had to cut all the doors due to being installed before structure was level. We installed new light fixtures in the kitchen. We installed faux beams in the bathroom. Cleaned the entire home. It really was a huge success seeing this job done! Can’t wait to get final pictures of everything the customer took and put in storage put back in the home. After doing this job I’ve decided to go back into doing all remodeling painting/sheetrock/full home remodels. We are hiring! Looking for experienced carpenter or even someone with basic construction experience. Must have transportation. Must be able to pass a drug test. Originally started this one to save the structure and roof but it was without a doubt unsalvageable. So it turned into more of a junk removal due to vandals breaking in and completely destroying it.
