🏡✨ Quailbrook Estates Home Tour ✨🏡

Come take a walk through our two spec homes in Quailbrook Estates — 172 & 184 Quailbrook!

Both homes are 1,550 sq ft, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a 2-car garage. They have the same floorplan, but each home has some different cosmetic features on the exterior & interior to give them their own look.

These two have come a long way, and it’s been so fun watching them take shape! We’re excited to share a look inside and give you a better idea of what these homes have to offer.

And we’re not done in Quailbrook just yet! We’ll be starting our third spec home, which will be located across the street from these first two homes. We’ll be sharing more on that one as we get started, so stay tuned!

🏡 Spec House Update – House #2 🏡

It’s time for an update on House #2 in Quailbrook Estates!

This home is located right beside the first spec house we’ve been sharing, and it’s coming right along. We’re now at the texturing stage, which means we’re getting closer to the fun part where everything really starts to come together inside!

This home is 1,550 sq ft with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a 2-car garage.

Both of these homes have the same floorplan, with some different cosmetic features on the exterior to give each house its own look.

🏡Our Home Update🏡

We are getting SO close!!

A lot has happened since our last update — the soffit is done, painting has started, the beams are finished, and the gutters are hung! We are officially in the home stretch now!! 🏡

🏡✨ Spec House Update ✨🏡

It’s been awhile since we shared an update on this one! The last time we posted about these homes, we were just at the slab stage — and look how far we’ve come since then!

This house is 1,550 sq ft with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a 2-car garage, located in Quailbrook Estates.

The texture is officially complete, and we’re now getting ready for trim, interior doors, and cabinets! 🙌 It’s so exciting to see the inside really start coming together and getting closer to the finished product.

Both of the homes we’re building in Quailbrook Estates have the same floorplan, but each will have some different cosmetic features on the exterior to give them their own look.

We’ll keep sharing updates as this one continues to come together!

Things are moving right along on our house!

The cabinets are getting very close to being finished, trim is going up, and paint is next on the list. 🙌

And while we're busy with our own house, our next two spec homes are officially underway as well. Lots of exciting things happening around here!

🏡Spec House Update🏡

Things are moving quickly on our next two spec homes in Quailbrook Estates!

The concrete has officially been poured, framing has started, and these houses are now underway! It’s always exciting to see a project go from a set of plans to something you can actually walk through and watch take shape.

We're looking forward to sharing the progress as these homes come together over the next few months.

Interior doors are hung, the brick is officially finished, and painting has started — which really makes everything start coming together fast.

🏡 House Update 🏡

A HUGE milestone on the house — the brick is officially DONE!! 🙌

And that also means… the front porch arch is finished too! That’s been one of the details we’ve been most excited to see come together, and we already love how much character it adds to the front of the house.

We’re loving how everything is turning out and can’t wait to keep sharing more updates on our house as we keep moving along!

🏡 Inside House Update 🏡

Another big update on the house, drywall is officially complete!

This is always one of the most exciting stages because it’s when you can really start to see the inside of the house take shape. The rooms feel more real, the layout comes together, and it’s so much easier to picture what each space is going to look like once everything is finished.🏡
