As many of us experienced in 2021, freezing temperatures can cause pipes to freeze and burst, leading to sudden and unexpected water damage inside your home.

👉 If you suspect a frozen or burst pipe:
• Turn off the water supply immediately
• Drain any remaining water to help prevent further damage
• Document everything — take photos and videos of the damage
• Contact your homeowner’s insurance agent as soon as possible to begin a claim
