Starship Flight-9 was not a complete failure. The first booster reuse was successful, with 33 engines igniting during ascent and 13 during the boostback burn. Numerous experiments were conducted during reentry, and the landing burn was initiated. The vehicle achieved SECO, and substantial data were collected to address outstanding issues. This was a highly valuable flight.
