We wanted to share some exciting new projects that are coming soon!
Innovation Queens –
35-10 Steinway Street, Queens
Construction is set to begin this December at Innovation Queens, a transformative mixed-use development centered around five blocks near Steinway Street and 35th Avenue in Queens. The project will bring more than 2,800 residential units to the area adjacent to the Kaufman Arts District, with our Potain MDT 389 tower crane supporting construction operations. The concrete superstructure is being performed by RNC Industries, with development led by L+M Development Partners, BedRock Real Estate Partners, Kaufman Astoria Studios, and Silverstein Properties. The project was designed by ODA Architecture, with crane engineering by Howard Shapiro and Associates.

4241 Aurora Street – Coral Gables, Florida
Our Potain MDT 389 tower crane is set to begin work this September at 4241 Aurora Street, an 11-story luxury residential development bringing 72 residences to Coral Gables. Configured with a 148-foot boom and freestanding on nine sections, the crane will support construction for O&R Construction Services. The project was designed by Arquitectonica and developed by Constellation Group and Boschetti Group, adding another standout residential development to South Florida’s skyline. Crane engineering provided by Valjato Engineering P.C.
