Faces of LGMG NA

As Director of Service & Product Support for LGMG NA, Bill Courtney leads the teams responsible for technical support, field service, product training, warranty administration, and customer satisfaction. He works closely with customers, dealers, and internal teams to solve equipment challenges, improve product reliability, and ensure LGMG machines are supported safely and effectively throughout their service life.

Outside of work, Bill enjoys serving at his church, fishing, camping, and spending time with his twin granddaughters - his first two grandchildren. He’s also a big Star Wars fan, with the franchise holding a special place as his favorite movie series.

If Bill could travel anywhere in the world, it would be somewhere sunny and warm with beautiful white-sand beaches.
