Martin ICS is returning to Guyana.

Work is underway as our team supports the next phase of improvements at ExxonMobil Guyana’s Integrated Operations Center (IOC). Recent progress includes HVAC and electrical demolition, conduit support installation, receptacle and data box installation, and preparation for new FCU systems to support expanded operations.

This project requires careful planning and coordination to maintain ongoing facility operations while construction progresses. We look forward to continuing our work in Guyana and supporting another successful phase of this important facility.

Progress continues at ExxonMobil’s Wink Station in Wink, Texas. Martin ICS is advancing construction on the new maintenance shop and utility infrastructure improvements as the project moves closer toward substantial completion. The pre-engineered metal building structure is now complete, with insulated wall and roof panel installation currently underway, and the team is nearing completion of site utilities, including fire water, domestic water, sanitary sewer, duct banks, and electrical distribution.

We’re proud to continue supporting long-term operational growth across the Permian Basin alongside ExxonMobil and CBRE / Turner & Townsend.

The Martin ICS team had a great time participating in the Chippin'In Charity Golf Tournament benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. It was an incredible day spent connecting with the community, supporting a meaningful cause, and enjoying time out on the course.

We’re also proud to celebrate our team for bringing home 3rd Place at the tournament! 🏆

This interior renovation of the Emergency Operations Center at ExxonMobil's Baytown Olefins Plant has been successfully completed, converting two conference rooms into a briefing room, command center, and situation room.

With an upgraded layout, full interior finishes, and modernized HVAC, electrical, access control, and fire alarm systems, this project reflects the kind of interior build-outs we do every day. By focusing on safe, quality work, we transform existing spaces into fully functional operations centers.

We are thankful to celebrate along with the team at the final safety luncheon, closing out a safe and successful project.
