Last week, WES got a little louder — and a lot more fun. 140 kids joined us for a LEGO-themed Kids’ Day in The Woodlands, complete with science experiments, face painting, a magic show, parachute games, and surprise visits from Bluey and Bingo. No bricks were stepped on. Miracles happen.

The highlight of the day: our kids built something that really mattered. Over 100 birthday bags were assembled for The Haley Rasco Foundation, headed to pediatric patients undergoing medical treatment on their birthdays.

Western Midstream is proving that responsible resource management and business growth aren't mutually exclusive.

As scarcity challenges grow across the Permian Basin, Western Midstream is conducting a pilot project aimed at turning byproduct of oil and gas production into a resource. Western Midstream is taking , and converting it to reclaimed freshwater that can be used to support industrial growth across West Texas.

As Chad Unrau, Senior Director of Beneficial Reuse, put it: "This is one of those unique opportunities to create a winning situation for everyone. The industry has large water volumes. Communities are water challenged."

We would like to officially welcome Western Midstream’s first intern class as they start their 10-week summer internship with us! We are excited to kick off the program with this inaugural class of students who will be embedded across WES to gain exposure to impactful work.

Each intern brings unique experiences and skills, and we are excited to gain fresh perspectives that will help us evolve and grow alongside these students. We wish them the best of luck this summer and can’t wait to see how this experience will foster connection and collaboration as we work together improving lives through safe, sustainable, and efficient energy delivery.

For the fifth consecutive year, Western Midstream employees came together for a bit of lighthearted fun to make a meaningful impact in support of Angel Reach.

The Juggle the Soccer Ball event was once again a great reminder of how the power of teamwork and generosity can make a difference. Thank you to everyone who participated, donated, and showed up to support the teams.

We are proud to support Angel Reach’s mission through this event and other volunteer efforts as the organization continues to build hopeful futures for young adults.

This Memorial Day, we honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

Western Midstream volunteers recently joined the effort at Houston National Cemetery to place flags in tribute to our nation’s fallen heroes.

It was an honor to give back to the students of Northridge Elementary School in Colorado at the Wish For Wheels bike build event. Our Longmont team brought smiles to many faces and created an unforgettable day for the kids. Thank you to Wish for Wheels for continuing to transform and empower children's lives. The first quarter of 2026 marked one of the strongest financial quarter's in WES's history — record quarterly Adjusted EBITDA, up 7-percent sequentially, driven by contribution from the Aris assets, and excess NGLs and higher skim oil volumes at elevated commodity prices

Q1 highlights:
✓ Record Delaware Basin crude-oil & NGLs throughput
✓ Record Delaware Basin produced-water throughput
✓ Q1 distribution of $0.93/unit — up 2.2% quarter-over-quarter
✓ O&M expense down 7% year-over-year, excluding acquisitions
✓ Full-year Adjusted EBITDA outlook tracking toward the high end of guidance range

Western Midstream is pleased to announce that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Brazos Delaware II, LLC.

This is a meaningful step forward as it expands our ability to serve customers through a more diversified portfolio, creates new opportunities across our Delaware Basin gathering and processing businesses, and strengthens our position as an integrated provider of energy solutions across crude, natural gas, and water. We are excited for this next chapter, as we expand our presence in the core of the Delaware Basin.

In addition, we announced our first-quarter 2026 financial and operating results, reporting a record quarterly Adjusted EBITDA and growth of 15% compared to the prior-year period.
