The future of beneficial reuse won’t be shaped by technology alone - it will be shaped by conversations with the people who know the land best.

At the University Lands Grazing Lessee Meeting, Western Midstream’s Chris Martin, Senior Director of Surface Land, joined the Texas Produced Water Consortium and NGL Energy Partners for an educational session with West Texas stakeholders on beneficial reuse - what it is, how it works and what it could mean for the region.

For Western Midstream, stakeholder outreach means more than sharing information. It means listening, answering questions, and meeting people where they are. Thank you to University Lands for bringing people and industry together for an open, educational conversation about beneficial reuse.

Thank you, YES to YOUTH! At Western Midstream, we believe strong communities are built through partnership and service. We are grateful for the opportunity to support YES to YOUTH and the incredible care they provide to local families and youth. Thank you to our employees whose generosity helped make this back-to-school snack drive a success.

Snack time just got a whole lot sweeter! 💙🍎

A huge THANK YOU to our friends at Western Midstream for hosting an end-of-summer and back-to-school snack drive for YES to YOUTH!

Because of their generosity, we collected more than 100 boxes of snacks that will make a real difference for the youth we serve.

For many of the young people receiving counseling, a healthy snack can help quiet a hungry tummy so they can focus on healing, learning new coping skills, and getting the most from their therapy sessions. At our BridgeWay Youth Shelter, these snacks are the perfect pick-me-up after summer fun and outdoor activities until it's time for the next meal.

It's amazing how something so simple can bring so much comfort and care.

Thank you, Western Midstream, for helping nourish both body and mind!

Western Midstream joined the industry’s biggest names at the Produced Water Society Permian Basin Conference in Midland last week to tackle one of the challenges facing West Texas: Turning produced water from a challenge into a resource.

🔹 Chad Unrau, VP and Head of Beneficial Reuse, discussed what it will take to close the gap between disposal and beneficial reuse at commercial scale.
🔹 Jason Modglin, Senior Director of Government Affairs, joined a conversation on the legislative and regulatory landscape shaping produced water in Texas.
🔹 Javier Casas, R&D Manager, shared results from Western Midstream's ongoing Joint Industry Project (JIP) work on beneficial reuse technology and commercialization.

With 100+ years of combined water experience and 3 million barrels per day under management, Western Midstream is building a more resilient water future for Texas.

WES is pleased to announce its participation in the Solitude Pipeline System operated by WhiteWater.

Solitude, in which WES holds equity interest, has reached a positive FID to construct two 48-inch natural gas pipelines, each running from the Permian Basin to Katy, Texas, with an initial capacity of 2.25 Bcf/d in late 2029, and an additional 2.25 Bcf/d in 2030, with the ability to increase capacity thereafter to accommodate shipper demand.

Western Midstream rang the closing bell at the NYSE on Monday, August 10. It was an incredible honor for President and CEO Oscar Brown to join other members of the WES executive leadership team and Board of Directors for this iconic tradition as we celebrated our milestones and the people behind our success. The occasion also marked our recent acquisitions and long-standing status as a publicly traded partnership on the NYSE, with the team looking forward to continued growth and collaboration in the years ahead.

Thank you to our employees, customers, communities, and investors for helping us celebrate the mission that drives us every day: improving lives through safe, sustainable, and efficient energy delivery.

Today, Western Midstream released its second-quarter 2026 earnings, accompanied by updated full-year guidance, reflecting record performance in the first half of the year and the durable earnings power built into the WES portfolio.

Recent highlights include:

✅ Record quarterly Adjusted EBITDA driven by record throughput from our natural gas produced-water businesses in the Delaware Basin, the Brazos Delaware acquisition, and higher overall commodity pricing.
✅ Increased full-year 2026 Adjusted EBITDA guidance range by $250 million at the mid-point, or 10%, based on the strength of our first half results, contribution from the Brazos Delaware acquisition, and the most recent production forecasts from our customers.
✅ Executed new long-term gathering and processing agreements with two large producers in the Powder River Basin.

We enter the second half of 2026 from a position of strength, with multiple paths to continued growth across natural gas, crude oil and NGLs, and produced water. Our team’s ability to lead with our Core Values of Partnership, Customer Focus, Resourcefulness, and Performance will further advance our mission of improving lives through safe, sustainable, and efficient energy delivery.
