The roof is on at the Clay Street Cottage, and this one is starting to take shape. With the framing in place and the metal roof installed, we’re making good progress on this build.

There’s a lot to like about this brick home, from the white columns and trim to the covered front porch and outdoor deck.

The combination of brick, clean white finishes, and natural wood gives this home plenty of character. We’re proud of how this project turned out and glad to have been a part of it.

There’s a lot to like about this covered porch. The screened-in space, natural wood, and wide steps give the home a great outdoor area to enjoy.

It’s a good example of how adding a covered space can make a big difference in how you use your home.

Turning plans into a place that feels like home. This completed outdoor space came together with a warm pine ceiling, plenty of covered room, and an open setup right beside the pool.

A lot of work went into bringing this one together, and we’re proud of how it turned out. A pretty hard spot to beat for enjoying time outside with family and friends.

Another completed build worth looking back on. From the exterior to the trim work and covered outdoor space, there are a lot of details we really like about how this one turned out.
It’s always good to see the finished product after all the work that goes into a project like this. We’re proud of this one and glad to have been a part of it.

A lot of good details coming together on this one. The natural wood ceilings, exposed framing, and brick fireplace add plenty of character and warmth throughout the space.

Framing is going up and this one is starting to take shape. Always good to see the walls go up and the layout come together.

Foundation is poured and materials just arrived. This one is ready to start taking shape.

We’ve been calling this one the Pond House and it’s easy to see why.

Surrounded by timberland, this home was designed to make the most of its setting, including a huge back porch overlooking the pond. It’s the kind of place built for quiet mornings, long evenings, and getting away from it all.

Follow along as the Pond House comes together.

A finished project with plenty of details worth looking back at.

From the exterior and covered porch to the wood ceiling and finishing touches, we had the opportunity to handle this build from start to finish. It's always good to step back at the end and see how everything came together.

Ready for the plantation to enjoy.
