What You’ll Be Doing
• Mowing and maintaining stormwater ponds and BMPs
• Operating commercial mowers and w**d eaters daily
• Maintaining storm drains and stormwater systems
• Working with a professional crew across multiple states
• Learning leadership skills to move into a Truck Lead role

This is hands-on, outdoor work that keeps you active and engaged — no two days are exactly the same.

What We’re Looking For
• MUST be able to safely operate commercial mowers and w**d eaters
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to work outdoors in heat, humidity, and changing weather
• Valid driver’s license and Drug Free
• Desire to grow into a leadership role

Experience in stormwater, landscaping, grading, or construction is a plus — but attitude and reliability matter most.

Bradley Nations and Sons Property Services LLC — a trusted name in stormwater maintenance, grading, and land management since 2008 — is looking for a motivated, self-starting Contract Estimator to help drive our continued growth across multiple states. This position Is new within our compant and has the potential to become a full time W2 employee.

About Us

From stormwater system repairs and maintenance to large-scale grading projects and property restoration, we’ve built a reputation for reliability, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a results-driven professional who thrives in the field and shares our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
• Identify new project opportunities and develop strong client relationships.
• Prepare competitive, profitable estimates for stormwater maintenance, grading, and land management projects.
• Conduct on-site assessments, review project plans, and collaborate with our operations team to ensure accurate pricing and scope.
• Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.

What We’re Looking For
• A self-starter who doesn’t wait for work to come to them — you go out and find it.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of stormwater systems, grading, or construction industry practices.
• Ability to read blueprints, interpret site conditions, and prepare detailed cost estimates.
