Ensure your units are being properly serviced, especially during periods of extreme heat, as your drain lines can produce significant amounts of water and occasionally become clogged, causing your HVAC system to malfunction. We recommend installing a drain pan switch or an inline switch to the coil to ensure the system shuts off in case of an issue, preventing any further damage. Without a safety switch, water buildup can cause your unit to leak and potentially suffer damage. This is why we stress the importance of scheduling a yearly check-up, cleaning, and ensuring your filters are clean and do not require replacement, as dirty filters can hinder your unit's performance. Additionally, your outdoor unit requires a deeper cleaning than just water every so often, so we perform an acidic cleaning on the metal fins of both the indoor and outdoor units, clean the blower, and offer an indoor cleaning for the inside unit. Duct cleanings 750$ per 10 duct runs in your house and if u have pets skin cells build up and peoples skin cells any thing floating when your hvac system isn’t running sits in there so we recommend it be cleaned ever 4-6 years if taken care of properly and we can replace duct runs if there in terrible condition just give us a call we will quote you and let u know and in this process your vent covers get cleaned return is cleaned aswell and the duct run that is attached to the hvac unit we try our best to offer the most professional service for NC so with that said bless everyone and have a good new year 🎇 🎉

Alittle bit about our self’s so in about 4-6 months we are shooting to get our North Carolina h3-class one before taking customers and after upon doing so then we will proceed to get our sp-ph hvac special restricted license with our first year of opening with that being said we will only be able to do repairs until we obtain our sp-ph North Carolina special license to do the high voltage work but it’s not a electrical license so we not still contracted to do electrical work in nc when we obtain this we worked with skilled technician that have tech license epa certifications and years of training we maybe new but our work team has years experience but after we get this we can then start taking customers for installation of systems for upgrades/replacement but when we open in about 4-6 months we can do repairs and maintenance and diagnose your system and install parts I don’t do home warranty work retail as of rn but can do everything when open besides high voltage things to hvac unit but just give us a call. we are ready to serve to triad community Williams HVAC coming soon…..
