Our Core Values: The Foundation of How We Do Business

At Pilgrim Pallet, our core values are more than words on a framed sign—they are principles we intentionally incorporate into our daily operations, decision-making, and relationships.

Integrity — We conduct ourselves with strong ethical standards and do what is right, even when no one is watching.

Honesty — We believe in open, transparent, and straightforward communication with our customers, vendors, employees, and business partners.

Accountability — We take ownership of our responsibilities, our decisions, and the commitments we make. We believe trust is built by following through.

Loyalty — We value the relationships we have built and remain committed to the customers, employees, vendors, and partners who contribute to our success.

Teamwork — We recognize that lasting success is achieved together. We encourage collaboration, support one another, and work toward common goals.

These values are intentionally visible throughout our workplace. Each Pilgrim Pallet employee has a framed reminder in their office or in one of our common areas—not simply as decoration, but as a daily reminder of the standards we strive to uphold.

We believe that how you conduct business is just as important as the business you conduct.

Integrity. Honesty. Accountability. Loyalty. Teamwork.

These are the values that guide Pilgrim Pallet.

Ever wonder where a pallet goes after it leaves the warehouse? 👀

Some get loaded with food.
Some carry machinery.
Some travel hundreds of miles.
Some get beat up, forgotten about… and somehow survive. 😂

And then there are the pallets that find their way to Pilgrim Pallet.

We give those old pallets another shot. 🔨♻️

We sort them, repair them, rebuild them and get them ready for their next job — because around here, we believe a pallet doesn’t have to be perfect to still have value.

So before you throw those old 48x40s in a dumpster…

Give us a chance to give them a second life — and put some money in your pocket while you're at it. 💰
