This was another rental property of a long time customer. Installed new Low E double pane windows, exterior paint, landscaping, porch railing, new 8 ft. privacy fencing, interior paint, new storm door and mailbox. The fencing was contracted out, all other work was done in house.

This was the neighbor of the Blaydes bathroom remodel. We moved the wall out 12 inches, upgraded the bathroom drain pipes and supply lines, drywall, insulation, ceramic tile, quarter round shower, new Ikea cabinets and medicine cabinet, new toilet, lighting, exhaust fan and paint. I was the General Contractor, sub-contracting out the drywall, texture and paint, ceramic tile, electrical and plumbing. I performed the demolition, framing, cabinet installations and shower installation.

This was a budget remodel of a rental property that included an eviction, trash-out, and major disinfecting of a tenant with a dog and serious hygiene issues. This included exterior yard work, tree & hedge removal, exterior paint, new garage door, window replacements, exterior door replacements, full kitchen remodel, replacing bathroom floor joist's, new bathroom plumbing, shower, all new fixtures throughout, mold removal, floor disinfecting, carpet preparation and new carpet, new blinds and then listed for sale and sold.

Lonnie Blaydes full bathroom remodel. Customer had a plumbing leak for an extended period that rotted the floor joist's. We added new floor joist's and installed a handicapped shower stall, all new fixtures, new lighting, upgraded the connections for the wall heater, installed exhaust fan and new electrical, new drywall, texture and paint.
