Craftsmanship shows in the details.

Sharp, linear stainless steel line work by Bay City Mechanical at the North Area Recovery Station (NARS) in Sacramento.

Every run placed with purpose, setting the conditions for high pressure fog dust suppression to operate as designed and deliver steady, controlled, and effective performance where it matters. Supported by a clean layout and the kind of skilled installation that gets it right from the start.

Grow facilities don’t operate under one set of conditions. Neither should your environmental control.

Indoor or greenhouse.
Dry climates where control is critical.
Tight rooms or open canopy layouts.

Every grow is different. The demands change with location, facility design, and stage of growth.

MicroCool systems are designed for each facility.

From precise humidity management that supports stable VPD in indoor environments
To greenhouse cooling that reduces heat stress without exceeding humidity set points
To odor and airborne particle control solutions that help meet regulatory requirements

Built around your environment. Built around your grow.

Hot patios can empty fast.

In Southern California, outdoor dining and street activity are part of everyday life. But when temperatures spike, customers naturally look for a cooler place to relax.

That’s why evaporative cooling is so popular across SoCal restaurants, patios, and outdoor venues. People recognize it instantly and appreciate the refreshing comfort it provides.

MicroCool evaporative cooling systems create a cool zone for patios, walkways, and outdoor dining areas, helping guests stay comfortable even on the hottest days.

Cooler spaces mean:
✔ Guests stay longer
✔ Patios stay full
✔ Outdoor areas become more inviting

Most large greenhouses already have climate control systems in place. Even so, hot spots still show up. MicroCool high-pressure fogging systems integrate directly with that existing climate control and enhance the performance of other cooling methods already in operation.

Air moves differently across long spans, light loads shift, and some areas simply run warmer than others. When those warmer pockets appear, fogging systems help bring conditions back into balance before differences start showing up in the crop.

Heat doesn’t fail equipment. Heat exposes the limits of it.

Most air-cooled systems are engineered to perform until peak conditions show up.

Ambient temperatures rise, inlet air gets hotter, fans ramp up, amperage climbs, and alarms start getting uncomfortably close. Nothing is technically “broken,” but efficiency disappears fast.

This is the reality facilities teams and HVAC technicians deal with every summer.

This isn’t about replacing equipment.
It’s about supporting existing systems when heat becomes the constraint.

MicroCool addresses the problem upstream, cooling the air before it enters the system. Lower inlet temperatures reduce thermal stress, stabilize operation during heat spikes, and give air-cooled equipment back the margin it needs when conditions are at their worst.

Because when heat pushes systems to the edge, support not replacement is what keeps them running.

When produce shrinks after harvest, someone absorbs that loss, and growers are often the first to feel it.

- If payment is based on delivered weight, shrink means growers get paid for fewer pounds than they harvested, even if quality was excellent at intake.

- If shrink shows up after intake, it can still lead to pricing pressure, claims, or tougher negotiations on future loads.

- If weight loss becomes a pattern, growers may be asked to adjust pricing, absorb discounts, or face strained relationships with handlers and buyers.

From the handler side, shrink creates a different problem: explaining losses that happened after the crop left the field. They’re the ones standing between the scale and the phone call. That’s where trust gets tested.

This is why postharvest humidity control matters so much. When you reduce avoidable moisture loss during handling and storage, you’re not just protecting product, you’re protecting grower revenue and long-term partnerships.

Good cooling starts with good design.

No two greenhouses are the same and your cooling system shouldn’t be either. Structure type, crop density, airflow, and heat load all matter when temperatures rise.

A custom-designed fog cooling system accounts for these variables, delivering uniform coverage and immediate temperature relief exactly where plants need it most. Whether it’s a hoop house, high tunnel, poly house, or glass greenhouse, the right layout ensures fast response without over- or under-cooling.

When heat spikes hit, a properly designed system doesn’t react late. It performs exactly as planned. Fog cool your greenhouse and stay productive all season long.

You know the moment. Plants move to flower, humidity dips, and everything slows down. Growth stalls, leaves curl, and what looked like a smooth transition suddenly feels off.

MicroCool keeps that shift seamless. Our precision fog system holds humidity steady as your plants adjust, matching their rise in transpiration so VPD stays balanced. No stress, no stall. Just a clean transition and strong flower set that keeps momentum all the way to harvest.
