Titan Utility Services is currently seeking experienced QA/QC Inspectors, Safety Oversight Professionals, and Construction Coordinators to support utility projects across the industry.
QA/QC Inspectors
• Strong understanding of utility construction standards (transmission, distribution, or substation)
• Ability to perform field inspections, punch lists, and quality verification
• Familiarity with applicable OSHA standards, including 1910.269 where applicable
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and build quality
• Utility construction or inspection experience preferred
Safety Oversight Professionals
• Field safety experience in utility or construction environments
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and hazard recognition
• Experience conducting safety audits, job site observations, and field coaching
• Ability to support incident reporting and investigations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Preferred certifications: COSS, CUSP, CHST, or equivalent industry-recognized safety certifications
Construction Coordinators
• Experience coordinating utility or construction projects in the field or office
• Ability to manage schedules, crews, and project deliverables
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, scopes of work, and field logistics
• Effective communication with clients, field teams, and leadership
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Utility construction coordination experience preferred
