Getting close to wrapping up one of our commercial projects. On this project, McCombs Mechanical was contracted to do a renovation of an existing locker room for HVAC improvements. On this project, the following scopes were completed: Existing HVAC system completely removed, existing ceiling grid removed, new ground-mounted RTU, new complete metal duct system, new duct insulation, new gas line to accommodate the new RTU, complete new ceiling grid with new ceiling tiles, and new fence to protect the new HVAC equipment outside.

Been a little quiet on here lately… doesn’t mean the crew hasn’t been hard at it.

Got a few jobs going right now, figured it was a good time to show some progress.

We have commenced our first no-heat service calls of the year. Today's diagnosis revealed a faulty gas valve and inducer motor. Our team also rejuvenated an older unit heater, ensuring its gas line was bled and electrical connections were secure. This heater is now ready to provide warmth during the colder months. Meanwhile, preparations are underway for the installation of a new heat pump system, which will complement the existing wood-burning boiler setup.
