Construction is underway on a new performing arts auditorium at Toledo High School for the Lincoln County School District. Our team is currently working on excavation as the project begins to take shape.

We’re excited to be working with GLAS Architects, LLC on this 12,000-square-foot facility, which will provide dedicated space for band, choir, and theater students. The auditorium will seat approximately 310–325 people and provide a new venue for student performances and arts programming.

Ground is expected to be broken next month on Skyline, a $90 million independent living facility. Ankrom Moisan designed the project and Todd Construction is the general contractor.

We’re nearing completion of Wind River Apartments Phase III for the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde, Oregon. This affordable housing community includes 45 apartment units across 10 two-story buildings and features skylights, air conditioning, and solar panels.
It has been a pleasure working with the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde, and we’re proud to help build quality housing that will serve the community for many years to come.
