Family owned and operated HVAC company with an excellent reputation seeking a qualified Customer Service Representative. Qualified candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, ability to communicate well with homeowners and co-workers, must have an excellent phone presence, and must have minimum of one year experience in an office type setting.

Duties include but not limited to answering incoming calls, confirming appointments, following up with clients to ensure all appointments are scheduled, ordering necessary materials to prepare for upcoming appointments, assist dispatch when necessary, and assist with all general office duties.

Must enjoy talking on the phone.
