This customer has boiler heat in the home, but now will be able to supplement that heat with this extremely energy efficient system. Saving $$$ in energy savings!! BAD BUSINESS BEWARE!!! 4 Seasons tried to scam an elderly customer out of $2k!!! Even though 4 seasons originally installed this system 7 years ago, she called me for a second opinion. During my evaluation, I found the nut where the metering device goes for indoor evaporation coil loose… how did it start leaking after 7 years? Good question… I tightened up loose nut and charged system. Which was less than a pound low on refrigerant. Saved this customer a ton of money!! Don’t trust these big companies. Their technicians are pressured to upsell, not do what’s right for the customer. #

Well yesterday was one for the books… we were in Homewood, and definitely experienced something like never before. Tornado hit the neighborhood we were in. Luckily the owners home we were in didn’t sustain any significant damage. But she had water pouring in from all around her front door due to the swirling rain, and a lot of hail. We could feel the pressure pushing and pulling on the house. What a crazy experience. Our hearts go out to all of those that experienced significant losses. Let us know if you all need anything!!!
