This project highlights Bruns’ experience delivering manufacturing facilities — with a focus on quality, safety, and long-term performance. We’re grateful to partner with Belton Foods and the full project team on another successful build.

📍 Location: Englewood Otterbein Industrial Park
🏗️ Size: 73,750-square-foot manufacturing facility
🛠️ Scope: The Bruns team presented a comprehensive plan which supported Belton's current operations while allowing flexibility for future growth. The facility will enable the locally-owned company to expand its footprint across the United States.
📅 Completed: Belton Foods will occupy the new design-build facility by summer 2026.
