I’m super proud of this guy! It’s Nick’s last day with Loyd Contracting. He is off to work at Randall Electric. What a great guy ! He always had a great attitude and a good work ethic!

When Nick first came in the office for a job, he said “I need a job and I will do anything!”. I asked him why he didn’t have a job and he said that he just had eye surgery and he can finally see. Hired on the spot, had a great attitude for 3 years every day.

In honor of nicks last day, I’m wearing his glasses in the photo! We have a fun team!

The Humane Society building is coming right along. The structure should be complete within several weeks.

We are getting close to finishing our first build in tranquility. The level of detail and quality in this house sets the bar a little higher than other projects. This house features a level 5 drywall finish, floating staircase with glass railing, custom dog wash, custom doors with no casing, etc… each detail has been thought out, planned out and executed with precision. More pictures to come.
