Studio apartment is just about done, waiting on flooring, cabinets for kitchen and tiles for bathroom and shower area.
Meanwhile outside I had to install a storm drain for apt #2 to stop major flooding in the driveway.
AC/ heat unit has been installed and just in time for this winter cold.
Objective is to finish up studio apartment, and then go back to the 2 bedroom apartment.

God bless her little entrepreneurial heart ❤️
Again Princess has set her mind on starting a bracelet making business with her two besties.
Since telling me about her ideas she has been working hard every day on the launch of her new business, by creating an inventory of her designs.
It’s up to me now to build that display stand that we agreed on.
As long as I see her put forth the effort and dedication, I will continue to support her in whatever she chooses to do or be.

Day three update on my progress on the “Ideal Design “ build.
Moving right along I was able to cement back ground and frame out for the bathrooms and / utility room . Hope to have entire basement completed framed out ready for electrical and insulation by weeks end.

So I broke ground yesterday on the “Ideal Design Solutions “ build,by starting the plumbing .
I always design by letting the building talk to me, so designing two bathrooms, two kitchens, for two air BnB units is a little challenging but I figured the plumbing layout, so now I’m ready for this project to begin!.

Kitchen and bathroom are done at the Ideal Design Solutions building.
The first floor of this building is completely finished.
Now for the ground level, I’m coming up with designs for the basement.
