We are a full service pattern shop and have extensive experience in building industrial patterns for castings for the pump and pipe fitting industry and many other machinery types. We can build patterns and core boxes for sand casting everything from impellers, engine blocks, manifolds, elbows, tees, diffusors, split cases, volutes, packing glands, bearing straps and every other type of sand cast part large or small, simple or complex.

We use traditional patternmaking techniques and also employ CAD modeling and large scale 3D printing for the manufacture of pattern tooling.
