🏗️ Progress continues at the Dacula City Core project, designed by Lindsay Pope Brayfield & Associates, Inc. !

The new City Hall is beginning to take shape with brick veneer and cast stone installation underway. Aluminum storefront windows are being installed, while metal stud framing and MEP rough-ins are nearing completion. Roofing activities are set to begin soon, allowing interior drywall work to follow as the building is dried in.

At the Amphitheater, brick veneer, cast stone, TPO roofing, and MEP rough-ins are complete. Crews are preparing to begin concrete sidewalks and seating areas while awaiting delivery of the standing seam roof system.

The Parking Garage has reached a major milestone with the precast structure now complete. Work is currently focused on slab-on-grade construction and topping slabs.

Site development continues to move forward as all storm, water, and sewer utilities have been completed. Curb and gutter installation, asphalt base, and sidewalks around the amphitheater are also in place.

This exciting project is transforming the heart of downtown Dacula and creating a vibrant destination for residents and visitors for years to come.

Progress continues at the Griffin-Spalding Bus Shop, designed by PBK , as the project advances toward completion!

🚧 Exterior curb and gutter installation is approximately 80% complete, while crews continue preparing the site for upcoming base and binder paving operations.

🔧 Inside the facility, HVAC units have been set and mezzanine ductwork installation is complete. The team is currently awaiting permanent power to begin system start-up and commissioning.

🧱 Restroom tile installation is underway and expected to be completed in the coming days, bringing another key interior finish closer to completion.

🎨 In the office area, interior paint and primer are complete, ceiling grid installation is finished, and MEP trades are actively installing final trim components.

Working alongside PBK and Griffin-Spalding County Schools, our team continues to make strong progress as this important transportation facility takes shape.

Progress continues at the Griffin-Spalding County School System Bus Shop! 🚧

Exterior grading is being prepped for HD concrete paving while exterior curb & gutter installation is now underway. Inside the facility, drywall is nearing completion and the project is on track to begin painting next week.

We’re excited to see this new transportation facility continue taking shape for the district!

Eastanollee Elementary School has undergone a complete transformation over the past several months, and we’re excited to welcome students and teachers back for the upcoming school year! 🎉

This full renovation included upgrades to underground plumbing and septic systems, new HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, roofing, kitchen equipment, playgrounds, and a redesigned parent drop-off lane.

As we near the finish line, interior finishes, septic systems, and asphalt paving are wrapping up. Next up: final cleaning, system start-ups, and owner training—bringing us one step closer to opening the doors.

Proud to partner with Breaux & Associates Architects on this project and help create a refreshed space for the Eastanollee community. 🏫✨
