I have said it before…..estimates are a like a non profit job…lol!
So, I will dare to be different and let you get your estimates from those who love to give free estimates…..
I will split the difference between the middle and low estimate, from legitimate licensed contractors, plus $0.06 per $1. This fee will be divided between the three estimates to pay those fine gentlemen for their services😏.
However, if they are smarter than me , and charged you for an estimate, we will pick a charity together that benefits orphans or widows in distress…A real charity that actually goes to those in need rather than the admin!
After all, my friends, this is what the God Almighty refers to religion as being faultless…..besides keeping ones self from being polluted by the world.😉
I also would be happy to donate it to a family that is struggling financially from an illness or another unfortunate event.
And finally, The estimated materials must be accurate to the job’s need. Low bids due to engineered waste product, like osb, cannot be used, or I can also base this off labor cost of the estimate only😏! This is experimental…. and scratch the “experi”, it may just be mental🤣… am I right?
Keep in mind, some estimates are not “cut and dry”…. remodels or repair jobs based on T&M due to unknown damage, kinda gotta be excluded due to the obvious…. but we can figure somethin out 😉
But…think about it…. Do you really wanna pay the cost of labor these days to build a temporary structure with junk? 🤣

Saving all your money this apocalypse?

Last Apocalypse kinda fizzled out!🤣

Perhaps bury your $ in the back nine like Eddie?

Gonna buy gold?
I mean …. buy some money with money seems to make sense🤣.

Instead, be a step ahead this apocalypse, and hire me to build that bunker you been thinkin’ ‘bout😬

Bad spending habits?
Best thing to keep ya from blowing money on garbage is to spend it on somethin good.
A high DTI (debt to income/for the late person) can create that system to manage your money.
So go use that good credit, and keep your credit score exercised(use it or lose it), and take out a big loan, and hire me to build ya something unnecessary. Worse thing that could happen is you lose it to the bank. It’s just money……snd if you file bankruptcy, you’ll be ahead of the rest!
Y’know, most people will take a look at their life, and wish they could redo things. Problem solved! 🤣

This is for entertainment purposes only … I am in no way a financial guru, and should be ignored 🤣

Just as a friendly informational…. If you have fiberglass doorframes/doors . basketball backboards , RV’s , etc., be sure to paint or if clear coat with resin.
Look vlosely in the sunlight! Take a cloth or black glove, and rub the surface, and you’ll find an abundance of glass fibers, which may end up in your lungs in your eyes and your skin. The resin or the paint will seal those fibers from rubbing off onto your body.!

The sun is here …. makes ya wanna go erect a building dont it? No knowledge?

Well your in luck ….

Construction classes are available … spots will fill up quickly.
The class will begin in the dirt with the cut-out/ foundation prep, formwork, rebar, and yardage calculations, and finish that subject with concrete. Then class will focus on Framing.
We will just need a credit card # for reservation deposit. Classes are $5. per square foot for a basic rambler with 8 ft ceilings, $7 for 9-10 foot and vaulted ceilings , $10-12 for a two stories and attic trusses , and $12-15 getting into handcut rafters and dormers.
If you don’t wanna jump right in just yet, and just wanna watch , that’s kinda creepy , but just multiply the rates times 1.75. 🤣
Class begins ….. when you buy the wood , provide a plan and a permit, and the site address.
See ya there! 🤣🤣🤣

Concrete Coach

Tired of the high-priced contractor ? The $3.00 per square ft on up just for labor? 🤨A 24x24 ends up $1728. for just labor.
Well hire a Concrete Master to assist you, coach you, make a concrete genius outa you.
The coaching will only cost you 50% of the labor .

For this low offer you will get expert advice and my assistance for the low price on a 24x24 of just $2592. 🤣

$3.00 x .50 $ = $1.50 + $3.00 =$4.50

(oh… you thought you were paying just for the coaching)

Education =$🤣

No … seriously though … I would estimate a reduced price of what you would pay wunna dem hotshot contractors🤣 to help you and show ya some tips. But the finish is on your rep! 🤣

Turn an eyesore into something with a little more character….but don’t wait to long… or you will have much more to deal with.
It is ok to check your house out now and then….. 🤣keep the caulk up! While Hardie is the most popular choice because of its resistance to weather and fire, it heats up a lot in the sun, and the paint fails more often in the southern exposed sides to the sun. The Hardi expands, and caulk gets compressed and comes unglued once the Hardi shrinks back down.
There was no obvious problem areas at first glance……but there was no insulation on the ceiling of the chase, and I think the moist heat rising caused condensation on the metal cap, dripping/draining down the walls. Everything all the way down to the ceiling had to be removed.
I also discovered much more poor construction in the process.
Hardi is the longest lasting product I know of, known for its weather resistance, but this stuff fell off the wall as if made of clay. It’s only good as the install and upkeep!

things to consider in 2026 ……
Instead of wasting time, and most importantly !FUEL! on mowing …..plant your yards with wheat😏. You’ll save gas and you’ll have food for the apocalypse.😬

It may be time for a website. The ol’ “word of mouth” is speechless😏.
Perhaps building budgets are ending up in fuel tanks🤣.
Anyone who refers me, will be given a finders fee for any job I acquire. Nothing to quit your job and retire over ….. but maybe some fuel money. 🤣
