You guys!!! I’m really excited for this one! I absolutely love the transformation of this basement. Our clients are amazing for trusting the process. We work hand in hand with our clients to give them a space they love.

Added:
- Bathroom in the basement
- Enclosed rooms with new framing and separated the laundry space
- Installation of drop ceiling to allow easy access to plumbing, waterlines, ductwork electrical.
- Floor install in bathroom and color in main area
- A major upgrade to the electrical panel! The new one looks so organized.

Tomorrow more to come but I want to end tonight’s post with this makeover.

This home came with a lot of potential. It was a complete demolition from the inside and rebuild a new main living space, kitchen, bedrooms, bath, new electrical, plumbing, gas lines, roof, windows, furnace replacement with new duct work, new floors, and so much more!
