As we wrap up this on a beautiful horse farm property, we can’t thank our trade partners enough for their diligent work to execute yet again according to everything the client wanted.

From the incredible Great Lakes Superior Walls foundation to the premier Andersen Windows + Doors to the interior craftsmanship in tile, counters, cabinets, carpentry, paint, and stonework. This home is ready to welcome its owners at the end of the week!

Another exciting week in Williams Way! We started yet another which leaves just a few remaining homes to build and only ONE lot available via resale.

Stay tuned in as we finish a few homes this fall and carry over a few more through the winter.

What an absolute blessing and honor it was to partner with our dozens of trade partners to build the Isaiah 117 house last year and now to see it officially in full operation with Sunday's ribbon cutting.

There have already been many kids served through this home and it is making a major impact in Lucas County.

Thank you to the past and present clients that supported this financially with generous donations and in prayer. Thank you to all the trade partners that sacrificed much time and energy to make this vision come to life. Thank you to the Isaiah 117 team led by Jennifer Bice Bohnsack for entrusting us with our portion of the project.

The Isaiah 117 house just gained a 44th fully operational location and it is surely a MAJOR WIN for Lucas County!

Great job with the grade work and yard cleanup to Adam Snead of Snead Landscaping. We have a driveway getting laid next week and then get to add the beautiful plants and grass to finish the outside!

Plus, Roofing Services Plus is completing the impressive roof system next week with metal roofing and hidden fasteners.

We love showcasing our trade partners hard work and are incredibly grateful for this team!

Checkout these updates on the interior of the Sylvania Township home in progress. Mike Sager and Harms Carpet One Floor & Home are yet again knocking it out of the park on their excellent flooring install, Mark and his team have done great with the built-ins and beam work, Jamie Cooper and his team installed an incredible fireplace, and Mike Nichols and Greg Richard have yet again done wonderful tile work like this stunning backsplash!

Another Great Lakes Superior Walls foundation installed this week in Whitehouse! This home will feature some incredibly cool elements including a power screened porch and a show stopping staircase. Plus we will get started on an outbuilding in the near future to provide a cool retreat and entertainment space for the clients.

Great work yet again Klumm Bros Excavating & Demolition on the 1250' of driveway installed and great excavation work to set the stage for the foundation install!

This home is incredibly special because it is yet another returning client who built with us 12+ years ago and it is a great honor they are entrusting us yet again with their new project!
