From rough, uneven ground to a solid, functional retaining wall! 💪🔥

We’ve made great progress over the last couple of days on this railroad tie retaining wall, and we’re getting close to the finish line!

Just about one more day to go, with a few finishing touches, final grading, and fresh sod left to complete the transformation. Stay tuned for the finished results!

Another productive week at Bornstein Construction Services LLC! 💪

We got a couple of jobs knocked out this past week and are moving right into the next one. We’re getting started on another railroad tie retaining wall and drainage correction project to help improve drainage and get the yard back in shape.

🚜 Before, During & After — Drainage & Erosion Control

Another project wrapped up by Bornstein Construction Services LLC.

We took this property from rough, uneven ground with drainage and erosion concerns to a properly graded, finished area designed to move water where it needs to go and help prevent future erosion.

From dirt work and grading to drainage corrections and erosion-control measures, we handled the work from start to finish. 💪

A lot of dirt moved, a lot of grading done, and a big difference in the finished product.

Knocked out a small 3’ x 8’ concrete pool equipment pad this morning, then moved straight into the next project! 💪🦺

We’re now getting started on a grading and drainage correction job, working to get the property shaped properly and the drainage flowing where it needs to go.

Another busy day putting the equipment to work and getting it done right! 🔨

This project is really starting to come together. We’re making great progress as we continue building out the walkway and driveway addition, creating a clean, durable, and finished look that will complement the property for years to come.
