Prepping for our crane lift this morning.

Equipment going up on our latest project in Splendora. The use of a spreader bar during the crane lift is important on large RTU equipment so the weight of the unit isn't pinching the top and causing damage; damage that doesn't always show itself right away but can shorten the equipments lifespan.

What a cool looking building for us to be building out a restaurant in. Roof top equipment just got set and they will be up and cooking in a few weeks. Excited that we can be a part of this project. But just wait until you see the project next to this one in the same building we build out. 😁 Big things are happening!!

The left side is another company's "cleaning", the right side is our cleaning. Just because someone else has a lower price doesn't mean they are doing the same thing.

The HVAC business and your AC unit is about efficient transfer of heat. We make sure your coils are clean so they can do that. You lose efficiency and cooling capacity with dirty coils. It's worth the investment to keep them clean and clean them correctly.
