Exciting progress at Concordia Lutheran High School, Tomball as the Campaign continues to take shape!

With the school year now underway, students are already enjoying newly completed spaces. The music room and Ag Kitchen are officially complete, marking two exciting milestones for the campus.

Work continues on the new gymnasium, with completion anticipated this November.

From ribbon cuttings to students filling their new spaces, it’s exciting to see these improvements come to life across campus. We’re proud to work alongside Merriman Holt Powell Architects to help bring Concordia’s vision for the future to life!

PROJECT FLASHBACK | St. John Vianney Caritas Center ⛪

Taking a look back at the St. John Vianney in Houston,Tx Caritas Center, completed alongside our longtime partners at LDDBlueline.

The transformation of the former Carmelo’s Restaurant created a purpose-built home for the church’s Social Services, expanding its ability to serve the community while also providing dedicated space for youth formation.

We’re proud to have played a part in transforming an existing space into one that continues to serve the St. John Vianney community today.

🏆 Recognized for Safety Excellence!

This morning, Brian Jernigan, Lead Superintendent, and Joey Newman, Project Executive, attended the AGC Houston Chapter Mid-Year Safety Meeting, where Paradigm Construction Company was honored with a National AGC Safety Award (NASA)!

Paradigm received a Certificate of Commendation for an Excellent Safety Record in 2025, recognizing a zero incidence rate in the Building Division for 50,000–109,999 work hours.

We are proud to be recognized for excellence in an area that is fundamental to everything we do. Safety is more than a metric, it’s a commitment to protecting our employees, trade partners, clients, and communities and ensuring everyone goes home safely at the end of each day.

Congratulations to our entire team for making safety a priority on every project, every day.

School may have started, but progress is still moving at Our Savior Lutheran Church! 🏗️📚

With students and staff back on campus, our team continues construction on the new six-classroom education facility while carefully coordinating work around an active school environment. Maintaining safe access, minimizing disruptions, and keeping construction moving are all key to building on an occupied campus.

We’re excited to see this new space continue to take shape. More to come!

Last Friday, the Paradigm team headed to Main Event for an afternoon of team bonding! 🎳

From bowling and laser tag to arcade games and friendly competition, it was a great afternoon spent strengthening relationships and having fun together.

On Friday, we celebrated an exciting milestone for Ascension Chinese Mission 美華天主堂 Catholic Church with the groundbreaking of their new Activity Center!

We’re proud to partner with Ascension Chinese Mission Catholic Church, Studio RED Architects, and the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston to bring this project to life. The new Activity Center and renovations will create additional space for fellowship, education, worship, and community programs as Ascension continues to serve Houston’s Chinese Catholic community.

We’re grateful to be part of this next chapter and look forward to seeing the impact this project will have on the Ascension community for generations to come!
